MC Labour policy on timesheet submission

1. Complete your timesheet and make sure it is legible

When filling out your timesheet, ensure all details are entered correctly. For timesheets to be processed, your full name, client name and job address, dates, start and finish times and your Site Supervisors name & signature must be completed. Site allowances and Special conditions comments should also be filled in if relevant.

2. Multiple sites = Multiple timesheets

There may be times where you will be working on different sites during the week. For every site, you need to use a new timesheet.

3. Supervisor signature

It is your responsibility to have your timesheets signed off by the on site supervisor at the end of each day. All hours worked cannot be paid until the timesheet/s have been signed off by your supervisor at the end of each week.

4. Sending in your timesheet

Timesheets need to be as legible and as clear as possible. If you take a photo of your timesheet, please ensure that it is taken in good light, photo is clear and ALL SECTIONS of the timesheet have been captured (edge to edge).

Timesheets MUST be sent in by 10AM every Monday morning to avoid delayed pay. *** If your timesheet is missing these details it won’t be accepted! ***
